Checkatrade2024-11-29āGas boiler issue I had an issue with my gas boiler, Lloyd replaced an expansion vessel (double-priced for me). Later the boiler started to make a strange loud noise, I sent them the sound record, they came again, checked the boiler, said all fine. In a day the sound appeared again, I called and asked why they did not blow out the batteries as it seemed to be due to air in pipes. Lloyd reacted in a way that proved they did not know about such thing as air in pipes. They responded rudely and just blocked my number. I think such aftercare is not professional, would not recommend. Also, very pricy without reason.ā
