Our Process
How It Works
Survey & Proposal
On-site assessment of your property type, pipe routes and system compatibility — we recommend radiator sizes, valve types (TRV or manual) and note access needs before quoting.
Supply & Installation
We deliver and fit the chosen radiators and new pipework, install thermostatic/lockshield valves, support brackets and make wall or floor connections to the heating circuit.
Commissioning & Handover
System is bled, balanced using lockshield adjustments, pressure-tested and checked with the boiler for correct flow/return. You get paperwork, manufacturer warranty details and care advice.
Benefits
Why Choose us for Radiator Installation?
Trusted, experienced engineer
25 years in plumbing and heating means practical solutions for Victorian homes, new-builds and flats across Bournemouth, Ringwood and Fordingbridge.
Safe, compliant installations
Gas Safe Registered (568251) and covered by public liability insurance, with manufacturer warranties plus a 2-year guarantee on pipework.
Efficient heating, every room
We balance systems, fit TRVs and set lockshields so heat distribution is even — reducing cold spots and improving system response.
What we install — panel radiators, column radiators, compact convectors and chrome towel rails for bathrooms. Installations include the radiator itself, new flow and return connections where required, valve upgrades (TRV and lockshield), secure wall or floor brackets and any necessary adjustments to existing pipework.
How we ensure even heat — after fitting we bleed each radiator and balance the system by adjusting lockshield valves and checking flow rates so every room reaches its set temperature. We check the boiler’s flow/return temperatures and system pressure, and provide spare parts and manufacturer paperwork. For homeowners we recommend simple maintenance tips to keep radiators working efficiently.
FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Most single-radiator installs take a few hours from arrival to commissioning, including valve fitment and bleeding. Larger rooms or multiple radiators need longer; we give a clear timeframe at the site survey so you know when engineers will finish.
